Statement from YouNoodle on The Black Ambition Finalist Email

On September 30, 2025, YouNoodle’s platform experienced a technical error that caused an unintended finalist notification to be sent to a broader group of Black Ambition applicants. This message was sent in error, and we are deeply sorry for the confusion and disappointment it created for founders and the Black Ambition team.

We understand how important this program is to its community of entrepreneurs, and we sincerely regret that a system error disrupted that experience. While no personal or sensitive applicant data was exposed, we acknowledge the emotional impact of this technical error and the burden it placed on the Black Ambition team in managing its aftermath.

We have completed a full review of the issue and implemented immediate safeguards, including stricter recipient validation, additional administrative checks, and new automated protections to prevent recurrence.
