We are seeking a tech-saavy, customer-focused, passionate, organized, and dedicated Client Success Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and strengthening client relationships, ensuring our platform delivers value to clients and the startups they support.
Our SaaS platform empowers programs focusing on student business ideas, startup innovations, government entrepreneurship initiatives, and global startup competitions. We collaborate with corporations, universities, nonprofits, and local and regional governments worldwide to create impactful opportunities for entrepreneurs. Our esteemed clients include AWS, Mapfre, Amazon, Schneider Electric, and more.
Requirements
Role Description:
This position involves working closely with product & engineering on our web SaaS product, YouNoodle Compete. You will help build new features, squash bugs, and test releases—using both technical intuition and a keen eye for accessibility. You’ll provide detailed technical guidance to the engineering team and assist non-technical colleagues with product issues and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough QA manual testing of new features and updates to identify bugs and issues.
Write, debug, and maintain test scripts using automation tools using Cypress.
Design, execute, and maintain automated accessibility tests (using tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, Wave, etc.) integrated into regular QA workflows.
Perform comprehensive manual accessibility testing using assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, keyboard navigation) and document accessibility barriers and user experience challenges.
Contribute to creating and maintaining accessibility reports (VPAT), ensuring all compliance documentation reflects current product status.
Maintain and improve the overall QA process, tools, and documentation.
Write clear, technical, and accessible descriptions of issues and fixes, detailing requirements, steps to reproduce, and resolutions.
Keep current with evolving accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and educate peers on accessibility requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience:
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for web applications.
Experience in Cypress automation tools, especially for accessibility checks.
Experience in manual component testing.
Proven track record in executing accessibility audits, both automated and manual, for web products.
Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (such as Axe, Lighthouse, Wave, JAWS, NVDA) and digital accessibility standards (WCAG).
Effective verbal and written communication with the ability to explain bugs, iterations, and accessibility issues and solutions clearly.
Love solving complex engineering problems and challenges.
Enough discipline to accommodate a flexible & remote workflow.
A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork over being right.
Curiosity and a deep desire to learn.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Accessibility certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS, CPWA).
Experience with unit testing and code linting.
Knowledge of React, Tailwind, and Shadcn.
Laravel or PHP experience.
