Referral Program Terms

These YouNoodle Referral Program Terms of Service (“Terms”) supplement our applicable YouNoodle Terms of Service and govern your participation in the YouNoodle Referral Program. Terms not defined herein shall bear the meaning ascribed to them in the corresponding YouNoodle Terms of Service. By participating in the YouNoodle Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms:

1. YOUNOODLE REFERRAL PROGRAM DETAILS

The YouNoodle Referral Program is designed for current users, such as program administrators, judges, and applicants interested in referring their Contacts to purchase from YouNoodle directly. The YouNoodle Referral Program offers eligible (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer up to 3 contacts (“Referrals”) every 6 months and earn up to USD 5  (five dollars) per valid Referral. The Referrer's compensation will be redeemed through the platform “Tango” as a gift card. Should the referred individual become a paying customer of YouNoodle within the following 18 months, YouNoodle will send an additional USD 100  (one hundred dollars) gift card to the referrer and will provide a 10 percent discount on the first contract/license of the referee. 

To be eligible to be a Referrer, you must be pre-approved to participate by filling out the corresponding request form or you can automatically qualify if you form part of our existing YouNoodle network, considered as program administrators, judges, recommenders, and/or applicants unless otherwise indicated in the YouNoodle Referral Program invitation or accompanying promotional materials.

To be considered a “valid Referral”, the referred individual must comply with all the following statements:

1. The referred individual must have real and verifiable contact information (Name, Email, LinkedIn, and Company Name). 

2. The referred individual is not a past lead or a paying client of YouNoodle, the YouNoodle Platform, or YouNoodle Services.* 

3. A valid Referral will be considered if they belong to an organization seeking to use YouNoodle products and/or services.

*If the referred individual has used YouNoodle in the capacity of an applicant, a judge, or a recommender they will be considered a valid Referral.

Only once the provided Contact information is valid and the referred individual signs a YouNoodle Proposal or a similar document to purchase a new YouNoodle License, will the Referrer be compensated according to the Terms of Service. 

2. REWARD RESTRICTIONS

The Referrer is eligible to receive the Reward once the “Contact” becomes a paying YouNoodle customer by making an initial and successful purchase of a YouNoodle Compete License or YouNoodle Service within the following 18 months after providing the Referral. If the Contact’s purchase occurs more than 18 months after the Referral, the Referrer will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

The Reward is paid via a  “Tango” Gift Card. Rewards will be paid in USD; if Referrers cannot receive funds in USD, Referrers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees. Any and all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes due on a Reward are the responsibility of the Referrer. 

Please note: Rewards are subject to Tango's terms of service for gift cards. Referrers are encouraged to review Tango's terms and conditions for further information.

The referred “Contact” will receive a 10 percent discount on their first purchase. This discount is supplementary to any other special discounts that may be applied by the Business Development team. The 10 percent discount is applicable only during the first year of the YouNoodle license or service agreement.

YouNoodle will email the Referrer within 7 business days of receiving the Referral(s) if the Referred individual meets the requirements outlined in Section “1. YouNoodle Referral Program Details”; if the requirements are not met, YouNoodle will not notify the Referrer. The Reward for a valid Referral will be issued to the Referrer within 30 business days of receiving the Referral(s). 

Rewards may not be paid if prohibited by law or the policies of the applicable organization (including government entities).

3. TERMINATION AND CHANGES

YouNoodle may suspend or terminate the YouNoodle Referral Program and the Referrer’s or Contact’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.

YouNoodle reserves the right to suspend or terminate Referrals or remove discounts obtained through the YouNoodle Referral Program if we notice any suspicious activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of the applicable YouNoodle Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all Referral activities and suspend accounts and links, or modify Referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR FULL NAME TO THE CONTACTS PROVIDED 

YouNoodle may disclose the full name of the Referrer with the Referees provided through email marketing communication directed toward the Referees. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. UPDATES TO THE TERMS

YouNoodle reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any given time without prior notice. Continued participation in the YouNoodle Referral Program after any amendment of these Terms of Service shall constitute consent to such amendment.
