We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused, passionate, organized, and dedicated Customer Champion Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client portfolio, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the renewal of existing clients.
Our SaaS platform empowers programs focusing on student business ideas, startup innovations, government entrepreneurship initiatives, and global startup competitions. We collaborate with corporations, universities, nonprofits, and local and regional governments worldwide to create impactful opportunities for entrepreneurs. Our esteemed clients include AWS, Mapfre, Amazon, Schneider Electric, and more.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Champion Associate, you will be at the forefront of client acquisition and retention. Your role will involve sourcing new clients, supporting sales processes, creating compelling proposals, and ensuring both leads and clients feel valued through your personalized approach. Staying organized, meeting deadlines, and anticipating client needs will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting cold outreach to identify and engage new clients.
Crafting tailored proposals for prospective and renewing clients.
Following up on proposals to secure new deals and renewals.
Maintaining a clean and organized CRM to track progress and performance.
Delivering engaging product demos for both new and existing clients.
Mastering our platform’s features to offer informed, impactful solutions.

Have at least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role.
Feel comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing).
Stay energized in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities effortlessly.
Have experience in the SaaS industry or startup ecosystem and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
Are fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
