We are seeking a tech-saavy, customer-focused, passionate, organized, and dedicated Client Success Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and strengthening client relationships, ensuring our platform delivers value to clients and the startups they support.
Our SaaS platform empowers programs focusing on student business ideas, startup innovations, government entrepreneurship initiatives, and global startup competitions. We collaborate with corporations, universities, nonprofits, and local and regional governments worldwide to create impactful opportunities for entrepreneurs. Our esteemed clients include AWS, Mapfre, Amazon, Schneider Electric, and more.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
As a Client Success Associate, you will be the daily point of contact for many of our license-focused clients. Your ability to stay organized, manage deadlines, and anticipate client needs will be critical to ensuring exceptional service. You will also assist clients with license renewals, provide technical support, and handle inquiries, all while upholding our commitment to unparalleled customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing onboarding, program implementation, training, and ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Collaborating with a team to deliver a seamless experience for all platform users.
Creating and delivering product training materials, conducting training sessions, and offering demos to both renewing and new clients.
Troubleshooting and resolving platform-related questions and issues for all user types.
Gathering and analyzing user feedback to suggest product enhancements.
Developing and updating knowledge bases and FAQs to support product users effectively.
Documenting support activities, customer issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Mastering our platform’s features to provide informed support.
Reporting bugs and issues to the product team for resolution.

Have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, client success, or customer satisfaction roles.
Feel comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing).
Stay energized in fast-paced environments where multitasking is a daily requirement.
Bring knowledge of the SaaS industry or the startup ecosystem and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Are fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
