We need USB fingerprint device its job only take the voters fingerprints and save them in Database like (SQL)

The finger print can be stored and used again by the governmental candidate (also if that project is for a country like Egypt, I think you should think again about it)
My advice to you is to use one of the public key encryptions (RSA or Elgamal) and digital signature
If you have any problems in that talk with DR. Maged Hamada
he is the best in this field in Egypt mhii72@hotmail.com
He made secure E-voting based on cryptography (no one can break it)

how will be the electronic voting be done
will people be able to vote through personal computers even if it cannot accept fingerprint
what for people who do not have a computer and internet connection
what will be the cost of making a national voting system
