NRI's of Andhra Pradesh came up with an idea to start a portal for real estate information specific to Andhra Pradesh. Apart from free classifieds on BUY / SELL / RENT of properties , USP of this portal is writing reviews on the project / developer ( same as movie reviews, or new gadget reviews), where it is not meant for promotion of the project or the builder but acts a personal opinion from buyers perspective. This provides interested buyer to get a first hand information on the project / developer. Then this portal enables visitors of the website to discuss on the review and put their opinion / information if they have any for a selective decision to own a dream home.
