Twitter is a micro-blogging service that allows its users to send, find and discuss interesting stuff with other users. We’re experimenting with a new Woosabi Twitter stream: http://twitter.com/woosabi which we hope provides an easy way for us to reach out to “you” with product updates, WooCrew news and the occasional interesting link.
We’re thrilled to officially announce a great new feature to our customers called, Kimosabi.
Kimosabi is a downloadable companion included with Woosabi, that can be installed on your Windows PC or laptop. Each time you connect to the internet, Kimosabi will sync with your Woosabi account at set intervals and automatically keep an up-to-date copy of all your business critical data on your machine. If for any reason you are offline or unable to connect to the internet, you can easily access the most recent sync version of your data directly on your local machine.
We hope you like!
We've been furiously responding to our group of beta testers (awesome feedback guys!) and we'll be releasing a new version b2 soon with more support for legacy browsers too :)
Thanks again for all the interest and feedback!
One of our hurdles is making sure Woosabi is accessible to users with out asking them to migrate from their preferred browser or install a new one.
We still recommend Firefox but have been busy addressing Safari, IE7 and IE6 issues.
We would love our BETA users to tell us how they are getting on using Woosabi with their chosen browser.
Thanks guys and gals!
Love the concept and demo. Good work, guys. I've applied to join your beta!
