So I need a way to minimize the size of the wireless router to the extent that it can be fitted in a cell-phone.

So the point of Wireless Revolution is that cell phone companies/service providers could work in tandem and make cell-phones with mini wireless routers in them. The routers do not need to have exceptional range radius. Next, the service providers could have their towers transmit wi-fi, and millions of cell phones would relay the network around through the mini routers. Obviously, your own phone would act like a router as well. No place without internet !
