Mr. Hall has been a consultant to small businesses both in China and Silicon Valley as well as teaching and training at a Chinese University. He is a graduate of UCLA in Economics and Chinese International Relations and a Masters in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Mr. Hall has spent 10 years in sales, project management and onsite training. Industries include Education, Computer Hardware, Film & Entertainment, Outsourcing both in Software and Manufacturing just to name a few. He works with managers in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Business Planning & Strategy. Mr. Hall speaks functional Mandarin.

Tools that will be used include aptitude testing from Johnson O'Connor Research Foundation, teaching alternative perspectives and techniques for selling, marketing and planning for themselves, obtaining resources from local Silicon Valley Corporations, etc. Hoping to combine a holistic approach along with business financial sense.

It is our belief that it is rewarding and effective for one to receive assistance in figuring out something important on his own, in a timeley manner and doing it gracefully! The rewards in the community will be felt throughout the Bay Area and beyond.
