ABOUT US
Margaret T. Herzog is a Ph.D. candidate at Colorado State University, Colorado, USA. She has worked as a consultant and employee of US federal agencies related to water and the environment since 1989. Since serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador 1993-1995, she continues to maintain close contacts and interest in Ecuador and its people.
