Currently we have an offer, after rejecting 4 prior - but would like bootstrap investor at $450,000. Current offer and pending view of Term Sheet: Take on VS as a client for a flat fee of $5k USD +$10k USD in stock. This would include assistance with document generation, consulting / businessdevelopment help and we would take over responsibility of fund raising. We would earn a commission of 6% on funds raised, reserve the right to convert 100% of commission to stock and the right to invest up to 20% of your round. We could provide initial funding within 60 days and close the round within six months.
