ABOUT US
The project started with the idea of handling efficiently Twitter conversations. That way, when someone tells you something like "This is so funny!" you perfectly understand what he found so hysterical.
Twitoaster is now doing much more: extracting hashtags, links and pictures from conversations; providing communication effectiveness statistics and charts; bringing extended ( > 140 chars) tweets; a search engine; replies ranking...
The Twitoaster open Application Programming Interface (API for short) has recently been launched. This means that anyone can write their own program (applications, websites, widgets...) to present public Twitoaster data (threaded conversations, statistics...) in new and different ways. For example, the Twitoaster WordPress plugin uses the Twitoster API to retrieve comments sent to Blogs via Twitter.
