I am recruiting 3-5 motivated teammates who are excited about providing one-on-one tutoring to under-resourced students – providing the personal attention that these students need! Currently, personalized tutoring has a cost basis of ~$70/hr, making it prohibitively expensive for low-income students.

TutorAccess will utilize international labor to provide personalized tutoring services to high-school students. We are licensing a market-leading technology platform and have PhD-level tutors available in India. With the right team, TutorAccess can start impacting students this year!

I am a second time social entrepreneur, having started the Glow Foundation (<www.glowfoundation.org) three years ago. In our first year Glow supported six students, last year we supported 40, and this year we are supporting over 100. I believe TutorAccess has the potential to grow MUCH faster. I ran Glow for the first two years, and we hired a full-time Executive Director seven months ago. This time, I would like to have a teammate running TutorAccess from the start and help the team succeed however best I can – this is an opportunity to create and run your own company!
