We are an Agency focused on video games and interactive entertainment. Our employees have worked in every facet of the interactive software industry and we thrive on delivering this medium to our clients. We leverage our deep network of developers, publishers, distributors and retailers to find new markets in which to create, market and license game content. Bringing games to life is fun, maximizing the reach and impact of that content is our sweet spot!

The Game Agency's founders and managing partners have experience across Game Development, Advertising, Public Relations, Brand Management, Sales, Licensing, Distribution and New Markets.
Stephen Baer
A graduate of Columbia Business School, Stephen was most recently Director of Brand Integration at Atari Inc. Prior to joining Atari, Stephen worked for General Electric in their executive management program focused on marketing and sales initiatives for NBC, GE Appliances and GE Plastics. Before joining General Electric, Stephen was Director of Business Development and a member of the Board of Directors at GCI Group, a public relations subsidiary of WPP. Stephen began his marketing career at Lowe & Partners, an advertising subsidiary of Interpublic Group. He is Six Sigma Certified and has received several corporate awards including the General Electric Marketing Excellence Award & the GCI Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.
Joseph McDonald
Joseph currently oversees licensing and global intellectual property rights for Atari Inc. In this role he is responsible for generating $10MM+ in revenue from existing licensees, partnerships and new business opportunities including mobile and digital distribution, consumer products and game accessories. Prior to joining Atari, Joseph managed the copyright department at EMI music, which released 800+ music and DVD titles per year. In this role, he was responsible for negotiating terms and securing agreements with 3rd party content owners for all EMI Special Markets and EMI catalog releases. After working at EMI Music Joseph managed copyright and licensing functions for Disney Music Publishing. Joseph has executive produced several CD and DVD entertainment and consumer products.
