I am in the process of launching an IT product that will be used by SMBs to lower their Application Integration costs. Typical clients would include small IT shops who do not have the budget to buy expensive middleware and then have to pay £1200/day/consultant for implementation.

In addition to experienced co-founders, I am looking for several other roles

1)CMO-Folks with strong Product Marketing background in Software sector - knowledge of Application Integration

Industry/technologies would be a huge plus. Focus specifically on Strategic Marketing Management, PR and

Interactive Marketing, WOM/Viral marketing. Would be great if you have worked on social computing marketing

channels

2)SVP Sales- Experience of direct/channel sales in enterprise application technologies. will focus on EU/NA markets

- typical tasks- recruit and lead sales teams/channel partners, basically set and meet targets in line with inQuebe

strategy!

3) Senior Architects who have come up from a hands-on background working on technologies like TIBCO, Oracle, IBM,

WebMethods etc. Must have sound experience of strategic deliveries in SMB environment. Knowledge of Integration

Architecture Frameworks would be useful

4) Passionate developers - folks who will be the company's growth engines and nuts and bolts - skills would include

- Web 2.0 development, EAI, ESB, developing protocol connectors,linux, gurus with knowledge of TIBCO, IBM
