Company Background: While searching for more efficient ways to handle our companies internal and external communications due to lost opportunities in sales, marketing, public relations and customer services, we developed a “Team Inbox” solution. More than just sharing incoming messages in a team however, we wanted to be able to assign them in a very transparent way to our staff so that the individual responsibility to act on the content of an email could be increased and tracked more easily. Taroby further acts as a confidential personal assistant for each one in the team, reminding them of things that need follow-up and automatically puts those messages out of sight that disturb ones work flow and productivity.
