ABOUT US
Talent Maze was conceived out of a desire to develop the premier talent redistribution marketplace. Current business models connecting external search firms and companies are inefficient, disjointed and minimally effective. Collectively, the founders of Talent Maze spent many years as external headhunters frustrated by not being able to market great candidates to the companies for which they would be an excellent fit. Additionally, they spent many years as Recruiters and Hiring Managers for companies challenged by not being able to engage enough reliable external agencies to dedicate quality time and effort towards priority hiring initiatives. Realizing where there is a need, there is an opportunity, Talent Maze was born.
