1. Problem Statement
The internet market of free contractors offers different portals focused on particular Business as home remodeling or car repair but just few focusing on multiple businesses as “yellow pages” do.
There are a lot of small to middle workshops, contractors, medical offices, health practitioners who provide different kind of services and are looking for a place to advertize themselves and find new customers. The smallest once gather their customers only by being referred by relatives or by other customers. They provide small services and are not able start their business with expensive advertisement or commercials. Those that are not referred usually are found randomly from the Internet, and have no way to prove their professionalism and the customers don’t trust them.
On the other site the regular internet users, housekeepers, drivers or everyone who is looking for any kind of service finds it hard to locate the right place for searching in the net, the right company or person for the service, to verify testimonials or referrals of previous customers, to filter by criteria and finally to chose and contract a services provider. The most places that are used are the major search engines, but they might find millions of records and spotting the right one takes a lot of time. Also for each different service as medical or repair for example, the user should look for the new site for search, which makes if hard and time consuming.

2 Project Description
We are going to provide a web portal with a search engine for those Internet users that have a need of professional service of any kind. The site will allow contacting and checking the availability of the person/company who is providing service and supply them with additional information as referral/testimonials, rating system, and features filters for quick access of the valuable information making the search easier.
Each professional service provider will have to create a profile with the list of services he has and will be able to maintain this information, set his availability and check his customers’ feedback and rating. Also he will able chose a membership plan and to pay his fee.

- Create a premium search engine for services with membership payment.
- Create a space for advertisements.
- In a period of 3 month we have to go online.
- Gather initial number client of 1000.
