ABOUT US
Prefio is bringing recruitment by rewarded referral to the commercial property / real estate sector.
The founders have a great deal of experience of the European Commercial Real Estate market and wanted to bring a new model of recruitment to the sector - faster access to more of the best candidates and at no additional cost to the employer.
Enabled by web technologies, but retaining a human element the business is building a substantial base of referrers initially UK centric but then expanding to continental Europe and beyond. By defining their area of activity (commercial real estate) very tightly, and then sub dividing into the circa 10 main groupings of sub disciplines they are building a highly targetted business.
