What I could add is that,- a little minus of posterous is that you can't export the content (not that you should have access to the database..., but just simple option to "export" the content..).
& 1 more think,- I couldn't find a possibility to assign existing domain name if it's not from GoDaddy, or register.com... (I can do a simple redirect from index.html file... where the domain is located, but some people might not have "space" in the server, when they buy just a domain name...:) )
Otherwise, great tool,- I enjoyed picture grouping feature & integration with social media.

posterous should be very successful in less than 6 months, due to its ease of use.
