Photo Frame Show (by Likno Software)

Likno Software (www.likno.com, younoodle startup: http://younoodle.com/startups/likno_software) is developing the "Photo Frame Show" project at http://ww.frameshow.com, a B2C product targeting the $200 million "online creative messaging business" of the $15 billion global market of greeting cards, scrapbooks, and photos in physical/digital form.

Goal/Vision of project:

“Create the ‘Flickr’ for photo frames and beyond”

OR (the long story):

“A niche platform where you can easily
find, tag, download, upload, share photo frames
and use them on your photos
for every possible occasion, event or category,
for every country/region of the world;
all frames selected from the largest repository of designs
in various art forms (2d, 3d, pixel art, comic, manga, etc.)”

Team:
The current team of Likno Software (http://younoodle.com/startups/likno_software), along with new hires/partners that will provide value on certain areas.

Target Group:
The worldwide mass of internet users (hobbyists, moms, literally everyone who uses a PC and has digital photos) along with targeted professionals (photographers, ad agencies, designers, hardware frame producers etc.). Our target group is based on a wide spectrum of people ranging from the average web user to the photography enthusiast and professional wanting to enhance her images and digital photos with stylish frames in a user-friendly way.

Technology:
- LAMP, AJAX on the web (site and application)
- Adobe Air on the “Desktop Application” (currently written in C++ but now re-written in Adobe Air for advanced features)
- vBulletin for the Community section (for social networking, members loyalty, being “live” and more)
