Mechanical Zoo is a social search that was started by a number of ex-Google employees. As of April 2008, little was known about the site, but it has been described as a social network application that will look to a users social circle as a source of subjective information. The site has been compared to Yahoo Answers, but with answers coming from people the user already knows.
