Loqu8 designs software products that allow users to instinctively augment their reading by accessing information from several different sources.
The companys first product, iCE (iNterpret Chinese-English), provides instant translation of Chinese web pages, emails and documents into English. Pronunciations and links to related information are just a click away.
Loqu8s products are based upon the companys proprietary iNtution engine, a contextual lauguage architecture. Unlike other technology-oriented products, Loqu8 focuses users on the power of self-discovery. Individuals who are reluctant to ask questions only need to hover their mouse over difficult words or concepts to see a pop-up window delivering in-depth information on a word or concept. The contents of a window may be tailored for any topic or individual.
