LaunchMind is kind of like Google for Grads- we collect thousands of CVs from the top graduates in the country and then allow recruiters to search through our database to find suitable candidates to an exacting specification. We take the guesswork out of recruiting, allowing you to find candidates with ease, instead of praying that the right candidate falls out from thin air.
