I'm glad that you asked me that question.
Well basically for me I was a civil engineering major in undergrad myself and when I graduated there were a lot of my peers that had the same major as myself that had not even had interviews for jobs. I kept hearing the same thing from all of them, and that was that I don't have the experience for the jobs that they are applying for and that there weren't enough jobs or they didn't know where to look for a job etc... Some really didn't have a suitable resume to submit when applying for these jobs. So I just basically thought to myself I wonder if someone would pay for someone to help them find a job our field. The feedback that I got was a resounding yes. So I just took it a step further and said that I would target soon to be graduates also. Just try and get those young bright minds on the right path to establishing a career.
I'm just curious as to your motivation for starting this company! It's really interesting! I'm also a graduating civil engineering so it's pretty interesting for me actually.
