Please review the attachments for startup funding focused on our new global product for the masses. The iPee® originally embarked as the SuperSlab 100, as an answer to the sordid urinary waste discarded by frequent travelers of the nation's highways, primarily truck drivers. It immediately blossomed into a much larger marketplace and after the introduction of the female adapter the rebranding to the iPee® was completed. This in itself propelled the iPee® into uncharted markets. The iPee® is a fully developed product, field-tested, patent applied, trademarked (iPee® & ITBX5®) and ready to market.
We have just recently been accepted into the USDA Bio-Preferred Catalog which requires government entities to purchase products listed in the catalog prior to utilizing another vendor for supplies.

Additionally, we have an MOU with PRIDE Industries in Roseville, California. A large non-profit company, Pride Industries is the largest employer of disabled people in California and the third largest employer in the Sacramento area.

The iPee® product is an inexpensive, biodegradable tube containing an absorbent medium that is biodegradable as well. Due to this solidification, the tube, once used, can easily be stored until an appropriate disposal location is reached. The liquid reaches solidification in less than one minute.

Once the potential investor overcomes the initial giggle factor, they will realize the overall market potential is enormous. The North American trucking industry alone accounts for more than 3 million heavy trucks in use every day. If only 10 percent of this market acts responsibly and adopts the iPee® product, and initially uses only one tube a month, this will generate sales of 3.6 million tubes a year with revenues of $3 million.

There is not currently any other device that can be deployed, utilized and discarded in an environmentally sound method. The current method specific to the highway traveler is the use of clear plastic drink containers that are casually tossed from the vehicle - referred to in copious media reports as "Trucker Bombs". The state of Ohio counted over 972,000 urine filled plastic bottles, or "Trucker Bombs", along their highways in one year!

The additional markets realized were a result of ladies demanding a product for themselves and having a strong aversion to the portable or soiled public restrooms. The iPee® is also an immediate natural disaster relief product for displaced individuals. The iPee® has received accolades from the American Red Cross. The Red Cross corporate office in Washington, D.C. related that they wished "we would have had this (iPee®) for Katrina and at the Super Dome." The global need for the new, biodegradable iPee®, became clear. Additionally, any large mass event (i.e: Car racing, Air shows, festivals, walk-a-thons) can realize large margins through vended sales of the iPee®.

Extensive promotional activity through multi-industry publications, editorials, and demonstration devices distributed through trade shows and other venues has brought the iPee® to the attention of customers who can recognize that they are receiving an inexpensive, sanitary, quality personal product that relieves the undue stress from ladies, also allowing them to urinate while standing.

Target markets include: Federally required hospital emergency preparedness, FEMA, Red Cross, private pilots, hunting, fishing, camping, law enforcement, fire departments, truck drivers, and mass event attendees, anyone who finds themselves in an uncomfortable location or at an unsanitary facility.

The overall size of the industry is enormous. Everyone in North America can, at one time or another, utilize the iPee®. Globally, 46% of the world is currently without proper, or in some cases any, form of sanitation.

In order to build the business the principals are seeking up to $2,000,000 in financing for five years in a combination of equity and a draw down credit facility preferably with initial payments deferred, until sales revenue can support repayment. The funds are to be used to put together an experienced executive team, to further manufacture product for sale and inventory, to fund the marketing programs, maintain payment on the existing production facilities with a view to expansion, and to pay additional staff as they are hired.
