Insider Perks

Insider Perks was founded by Brian Searl, a former travel agent and television news editor. Brian saw a unique opportunity to combine his talents of both video editing and photography with his travel expertise and launched InsiderPerks.com in its current form in March of 2009. Since then Brian has hired additional staff members who work closely with him and still visits each location personally to oversee the production of all of the videos that Insider Perks produces. His video production experience includes 1 year of internship with The Cleveland Indians baseball team as well as 4 years of experience as a video editor at WOIO-TV in Cleveland, OH. Since leaving CBS in 2006, Brian has done a variety of freelance work all around the world as well as successfully launching his own travel agency.

The site currently features over 2000 travel videos produced by our staff, licensed by the company or produced by local visitor's bureaus. All of our videos that we have produced are now available in HD quality and to our knowledge we are the first travel website to launch with a focus on HD video content.

We offer maximum online exposure to all the attractions, restaurants and/or hotels that we film by utilizing multiple distribution points. In addition to InsiderPerks.com, you can find our videos on YouTube, TripAdvisor and as a podcast for iPhone & iPod Touch users on iTunes. Best of all these videos are completely unbiased and our services are provided for free to attractions in the cities we visit. The videos are all shot in HD so as to preserve our high quality standards for years to come as the internet begins to shift toward higher resolution video.
