I also thought about that. However, making "kiosks" very interactive where a person comes types ingredients he wants to have in the dish, ingredients he/she doesn't want (allergic, doesn't like boiled eggs etc.) gets recipes with pictures, prints his favorite recipe (s) and goes shopping ;)
On the other hand my concern is time! people will want to spend less and less time in the shops (it's not intressting). Therefore, a more convenient solution for consumer would be- he picks up what he wants online site from his home or office, writes best time to pick up, and area- system submits available shop (or delivery kiosks..) and ~ times available -> (consumer pics best time) -> finishes job etc. -> picks up purchase. (or for an additional price gets it delivered to home.
