ABOUT US

Executive Summary

Contact: Robert Quaranta Tel: +44 (0)7887 528791 Email: robert@global-law.com

• Global Law LLP plans to be the first mover in providing fast, low cost, easy to access, use and understand multi-lingual and jurisdictional live online legal advice to the unserved latent market of individuals and the public and private sector via PC, PDA, mobile phone and satellite. This will tie-in with a legal advice auction service, designed to allow clients to find law firms according to geography, specialisation, track record, price and customer recommendation. Along with radically improving upon any current market offering and the lack of a credible alternative, the legal profession has also expressed an interest in taking advantage of this service.

• Benefitting from 8 years of research by its founder and successful serial internet entrepreneur, Robert Quaranta, already a pioneer of online legal services, significant investment by the other Directors and support from top advisors with their own successful businesses in each key field and an excellent track record experience of start-ups to successful flotation, a European rollout of the concept is expected in 2009. Our goal is to become the foremost worldwide internet destination for all things legal, in line with praiseworthy comments by academic author Richard Susskind in the Times newspaper, who is considered the pre-eminent authority on the future of the law. This is further evinced if you search for ‘Global Law’ or indeed the founder’s name within Google.com.

• Global Law was registered in London as a public limited company in November 1999 and as a Limited Liability Partnership in 2005. The Founder retains full share ownership. Relevant country specific website addresses have been secured together with the legal services trademark within the UK. Patents are planned for our delivery system and software. In addition to appointing Solicitors, Accountants and Bankers, we are already registered for insurance, VAT and PAYE, with office space, equipment and staff pools identified. Comprehensive sales and marketing strategies are also available, along with an online template of proposed services to view at www.global-law.com.

• As UK legal service market growth is projected to reach £21.4bn in 2008, and internet usage statistics already account for over 59% of UK households, with a European 5 year growth rate of 177.5%, our UK target age group alone accounts for more than 16.6 million people. NOP market research for LawyerLocator shows 64% of respondents agreeing clients are increasingly interested in using the internet to find a Lawyer, with a reported 185% quarterly sector sales increase. The increase of those with online access, together with a persistent unwillingness by the profession to regulate quality, reduce costs, simplify advice and offer greater accessibility, will allow the Global Law brand to secure a considerable market share.

• The company has projected EBITDA of £1.5m in three year’s time. A P/E of 4 gives a 2011 year-end company valuation of £6m. We also expect to offer a minimum 39% cash return on investment within 12 months, along with immediate revenue streams. Significant bolt-on services are also in discussion with the accounting, insurance and banking industries – amongst others.

• In conjunction with the Legal Services Commission, Global Law also plans to target the Legal Aid shortfall and UK ‘advice deserts’. Several organisations including major international corporations, Trading Standards, the Sole Practitioners Association and National Association of Citizen’s Advice Bureaux have also expressed an interest in our legal service provision. Discussions with the Chancellor’s Department and various Government agencies are planned in the near future.

• The Global Law website has already received over one million targeted visitors, at a rate of 130,000 per day – many of whom have pre-registered in anticipation of the service. Without the need for expensive advertising, and the overwhelming majority coming direct to the site via word of mouth, this number already exceeds visitors to the top international law firms. Cost to the consumer is kept to a minimum by the outsourcing of legal advice provision and a highly scaleable business model. We also have almost two years of development lead in this niche, with extensive and proven customer research and test marketing campaign data along with an established and trusted brand.

• We are currently seeking investment of £250,000 to bring our newly developed website to market within the UK, then follow on capital of £1.5m for an international service. A total of £5m would bring a worldwide offering. Up to 49% of company share ownership is available including places on the Board. Investors with relevant industry knowledge or a wish to participate are welcome. Ideally key investors will want to remain in the project for 1 to 3 years and provide second round funding, although this is not necessarily required. Exit routes will likely be in the form of cash flow, with the possibility of an eventual company flotation and/or a trade sale. So join us, and be part of the future today!
