We have been in this business for a while and we definitely have seen many things, and one thing that we have learned is that business is a two way street. We decided that we want to do things differently, so we gathered together in our local bar and starting thinking about what we could do differently, How can we make things better? We came up with many things we thought are important, such as the principles we live by both in our personal lives and business lives.......

Based upon the results of the discussion, we determine and set goals for changes and improvements that will better benefit our players and affiliates. We have placed an “Idea Box” where we encourage affiliates and players alike to provide us with their thoughts and feedbacks to better help us serve our casino player and affiliate needs.

We Believe in Dialogue not Monologue
We feel that a company’s success can directly noticed by the way they treat their employees. Company’s which maintain an open line of dialogue between the company and employee, and take part in giving an effort to improve employee satisfaction can usually expect improvements in its daily processes.
One of the strategies we use in order to best motivate and lead an employee is by developing a system of goal setting and feedback. Every month, we sit down with our employees and set realistic goals that they feel they can achieve, as well as we listen to their feedback from the previous month’s goals and results. This helps management to enhance intra-company dialogue as well as lay down a foundation of belonging and partnership, as well as identifying problematic behavior and providing the skills needed to become a better employee.
We believe in providing face to face meetings where employees can sit with the CEO and discuss their quirks and quarks in a friendly atmosphere is pivotal in developing a bond between employee and company, such cases as Lunch with the CEO have been successful in creating this effective company bond.
