ABOUT US
Nine Tiles has over 25 years' experience of designing digital networking equipment and systems, and has now developed technology which has a number of significant benefits compared to Internet Protocol (IP), particularly when used for live media such as audio and video. Internally, we are using the name "Flexilink" for this technology. It is compatible with current systems, so can be introduced gradually, starting with those parts of a network where the current technology is least effective.
Internet protocol is used in a wide variety of applications and markets, including broadcasters' infrastructure, public telecommunications networks, home networks, corporate IT networks, CCTV, and public address.
We are currently (mid-2008) in the process of identifying which of these markets offer the best opportunities for the initial introduction of Flexilink technology.
THINGS WE NEED
-
Later this year we'll be looking for development engineers. Engineers, not hack programmers -- anyone who thinks C (or, indeed, C++) is a high level language need not apply.
