Colbenson (Borja Ramirez and Angel Maldonado) is the private company behind the Empathy Software Project.
For over 6 years Colbenson has been helping public and private companies worldwide to plan and execute Information Retrieval strategies and Technologies.
Colbenson is founded in May 2003 to originally provide services around private software vendors in the Information Retrieval market. Since then Colbenson has extended from technology consultancy to strategies that are vendor neutral.
In September 2008 Colbenson founded Colbenson Software Factory from where new software products are marketed for the Information and User Retrieval needs.
Colbenson is a highly innovative company. The Empathy Software project and Said platform add to a known record of innovations within the company like Search and SM Managers Dashboards (Search Broker and SM Broker) as well as other known ventures like legalsolo.com
Colbenson works around the core concepts of search strategy for both Site and Enterprise, from Information Retrieval to User Retrieval throughout Information Enrichment, both by Open Source and Author Source technologies.
Colbenson headquarters are in Madrid, Spain with offices in Ferrol (North-West) and Alicante (Mediterranean).
