ABOUT US

Our mission is to enhance the lives of those in our community and beyond by providing opportunities for individuals to nurture and create the self through quality artistic and creative training involving all facets of the artistic world.

Emerge Art Center is a two fold company, developed to provide communities with access to creative development. The main branch of the company is an arts center, holding classes in all genres of art for adults and children under one roof, with onsite childcare. Emerge will be a space that gives working families and individuals the opportunity to explore all types of creativity under one roof, at the same time. Providing for a variety of different interests for a variety of different people will give Emerge Art Center the advantage that it needs to bring in customers that would otherwise be found at the local dance studio, visual art studio, or even YMCA.

The second branch of the company is creativity workshops taught within corporations (to assist with bottom line, productivity, etc) and schools. The sales of our creativity workshops will assist us with selling corporate memberships, and partnering with schools to send us their students. Creativity workshops can consist of anything from a few hours of team building within an organization, to ongoing coaching and tranining programs.

Approximately two years after opening our flagship location in San Francisco, CA, we plan to begin scaling out to other cities such as Portland, OR, San Diego, CA and Seattle, WA. Our growth plan shows an ability to open one center per year after year 4 of operations.

THINGS WE NEED

  • We are seeking $2.3M in seed funding to finance the buildout of our flagship center. For more information on funding breakdown, shareholder options, or any investment related questions please contact us at investors@emergeartcenter.com .
