DriveCast

DRIVECAST records and collects media wherever it is stored on the Internet. With its innovative
distribution system, DRIVECAST allows you to synchronize, store and enjoy your media on all
devices including computers, smartphones, iPods, and USB sticks, and share it with your
Facebook friends.

THE BUSINESS MODEL
Freemium. For public use of the DRIVECAST technology: a free media-based system that gives
users a limited number of spaces for media. For a monthly fee, the user may subscribe for more
slots and have premium cloud recording capability.
White label of DRIVECAST technology adapted for private companies. Early examples include:
university and corporate educational materials distribution (Large Banks and University in
progress), and the “CarCast” built for the Fiat 500 (completed).

THE COMPANY
DRIVECAST is being developed by Inrete, an Italian network and Internet service consulting
company that started as the very first ISP in Italy and developed Vcast.it, a web-based
audio/video PVR with 120,000 Italian users. Drivecast will be spun off to another corporate
identity, and is inviting interest from investors and other companies to partner to grow the
company and its userbase.
