We are utilizing an energy efficient modern build system that is approved by international building codes and is based on ICF ( INSULATED CONCRETE FORM ) construction. The market potential for construction of this type is only limited to the public knowledge of this system, once the information is conveyed in a simple easy to understand manner to the consumer , the market is unlimited. EXAMPLE, you are the owner of a stick frame home that has been destroyed by hurricane you are given two choices 1) build a new stick frame home , or 2 )build a solid hurricane resistant home rated to category 5 , that saves over 50% in utility consumption and only costs 10% more to build. Statistics prove that consumers, when properly educated ,control the demand for products and services , despite contractor reluctance to change their build process. We eliminate this confusion by providing turnkey construction services and are direct suppliers of the materials .We also have a mortgage company to finance qualified buyers and are currently negotiating with municipalities to build affordable homes . We have recently submitted our information to the state for approval and are the only builder currently focused on this build system.
