ComplaintCommunity.com has been launched in 2008 after extensive research, and is owned by CompComm Ltd.
Our vision is "To Be The Number 1 Complaint Management Community". We have strong backing and an excellent management and legal team.
There are over 500 million complaints each year in the UK and the trend is rising. We have built the site to try and fix the problems for all parties, whether they be complainers or complainees. Our aim is to resolve complaints to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
Our strategy is to build a market for complaints using this website - please go to our How It Works section to see this in more detail.
The website will always be Free To Use for people who wish to complain.
ComplaintCommunity™ isn’t just for customers to use for their complaints – it’s also got a whole suite of custom-built easy to use online tools to support all business’s to successfully manage their customers’ complaints and improve their customer service!.
