CalStar Products, Inc., develops, manufactures and sells low-energy, low-CO2 green building products for commercial exteriors and hardscapes. Headquartered in Silicon Valley with a Caldonia, Wisconsin plant opening in Fall 2009, CalStar is redefining the next generation of green masonry products.
Our R&D team of Ph.D. engineers, materials scientists and process manufacturing experts are inventing new ways of doing very old things, like manufacturing a beautiful, durable, color-fast facing brick. CalStar brick incorporates high percentages of recycled material without relying on high-temperature, high-energy tunnel kilns or Portland cement. The durability, in-wall performance and the look and feel of brick remain. We don’t change the durability. We just make it better.
