BusinessCard2™ is the creation of Workface Inc., a privately funded software firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. CEO Lief Larson founded Workface in July of 2006 with the simple idea of connecting business professionals on the internet.

In 2005, our team started exploring technologies that recreate real world connections between internet users. It quickly became evident that there was a need to present a professional identity on the web, and present offerings offered little value. In 2007 we began to build a better business card for the internet: BusinessCard2™. Our vision was a digital business card that could easily be passed around the internet, turn clicks into opportunity, and help people share their professional self in new and truly engaging ways. Two years later, we feel we have a product and service that's well on its way to accomplishing this vision.
