ABOUT US

Brave New Talent is the world’s first pre-employment networking site. It’s a new way of connecting talent with potential employers. The platform has plans to scale-up globally but will launch initially in the UK and Indian student markets. The platform enables students to take control of their careers by creating professional profiles and connecting to their desired employers.

The platform leverages on the existing established social networks to allow our users to build their professional profiles alongside their current social profile. Instead of connecting to their friends they simply connect to their future desired employers thereby allowing employers to develop their Talent Radar™ and reach potential employees at a much earlier stage.

Through this simple connection of needs we are aiming to revolutionise the student recruitment process worldwide with this highly disruptive business model. For the first time employers will be able to leverage talent pools and social media to perform pre-recruitment.

Benefits to employers
Brave New Talent...
1. ...expands your ‘Talent Radar™’ – giving you a new route to develop future talent at an earlier stage.
2. ...connects you with proactive, motivated individuals with a real desire to work for you.
3. ... makes it easier and more cost effective to recruit the talent you need to stay ahead of the competition.

Benefits to student talent
Brave New Talent...
1. ... increases your potential success in the employment market by heightening your visibility among your dream employers.
2. ... gives you the power to take control of your own career.
3. ...makes it easier and less stressful to achieve your career goals by giving you the tools and information to decide on what your dream job is.
