ABOUT US
Biscru is run by Serge de Thaey, one of France's only vegetarian chefs who ran a cullinary school and restaurant. His amazing pallet was used to create living food - raw, organic biscuits made by dehydration.
Serge is supported by Sarah Diggins, who manages a European marketing business that helps producers of raw food and alternative health products reach wholesalers throughout Europe. Sarah helped Biscru's turnover grow by 500% in 3 months.

Biscru gained 185,000 Euros of investment in December 2010 and will open for a second round of investment in May 2011. Demand for Biscru is still increasing beyond capacity.
I've been trying to encourage the owner of Biscru to accept outside investment for the past 12 months. I'm so pleased to be able to say he's finally agreed.
We're looking for an investment of around 60,000 Euros. Turnover is currently around 350,000 Euros and would grow to 800,000 Euros with this investment.
We're having to turn customers away at the moment, since the factory cannot make enough Biscru. Please contact me if you are interested to help us fulfil these orders and double turnover.
