ABOUT US
Axonite was founded on the simple vision of developing a web-resident managed service to connect enterprise business processes to the outside world via instant, SMS, text-to-speech, and email.
Our clients struggle with slow and troubled data acquisition, people-intensive data entry, mountains of paperwork, and demanding client relationships. We set out to solve these problems and to streamline and increase the profitability in the process by interfacing with client’s CRM and ERP. As such, Axonite is harmonized with business processes to manage and deliver 2way SMS and Text-to-Speech personalized messages at regular and critical stages in the client service process. As a result our clients see immediate OPEX savings related to customer service and communications.
We triple in size each year, with same team of 5.
