The market for PowerSites is every home sold, leased, rented in the United States as well as commercial and vacation rental homes. Expansion into the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and international markets is currently being explored. Founded in 2004 AgencyLogic currently has thousands of customers throughout all 50 States, Canada, Mexico, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
PowerSites were created for Realtors who understand that they must offer something unique and valuable to their sellers in order to win the listing. With increased competition, market fluctuations and tech-savvy clients, PowerSites will soon be as ubiquitous as virtual tours.
2007 saw four consecutive quarters of record growth leading to a doubling of the business for the year. Early 2008 numbers show 100% growth over the same period in 2007. We expect an exponential increase in revenues in 2008 from our new Private Label and Affiliate programs.
PowerSites have been Realtor and market tested for almost 4 years. Our solution is so easy to use that a Realtor can create and make a site available on the Web in about 10 minutes! A fully automated sales and marketing system at an unbeatable price.
