Greetings Everyone! Hope this note finds you well during this great adventure. I wanted to suggest that research has demonstrated that coaching along with training and development increases ROI. If you are offering packages in a range of available services, what do you think of on-going coaching (3 or 4 sessions) as part of that package; I blieve it would increase the value of the service you provide. It would also be cost effective since most coaching takes place over the phone and there is no lost time in travel or time away from the workplace...
