• Redefined business plan in conjunction with 10 person advisory board in response to missing pro forma targets. Effort resulted in a more competitive business model.

Description: A boutique consulting firm measuring risk-adjusted physician quality and cost.
• Managed a 10-person, Los Angeles and Beijing-based team through a new product launch. Built a $200,000 online physician comparison tool for 2,000 medical clinics in 3 months.
• Developed, sold, and implemented state-of-the-art clinical cost measurement methods resulting in $500,000 additional revenue, 4 abstracts, 1 manuscript and a new business line.
• Directed two top two finishes in new business “bake-offs” between 8+ competitors.
