Description: Joined this revolutionary music start-up whilst pre-funded and was instrumental in shaping the offering, and took a lead in launching the site. With specific responsibility for all editorial (Video, audio and other), Vlad has responsibility for all Marketing, Content, Creative and other consumer facing areas. Vlad also runs general operational issues, including those of Artist Relations & Development Depts.

Description: Product ‘Play Platinum’ is a global online, web TV and satellite TV based entertainment gaming product with associated retail, accounts and CRM back office. I developed the product; creatively; operationally; budgets and all systems from technical infrastructure & web broadcasting through to marketing strategies, investor documentation & conference presentations etc Created sophisticated BP and successfully raised significant phase 1 funds with Ariadne Capital. Signed multiple distribution agreements (multiple platforms inc. IPTV) and brought it to launch readiness. Originally I launched MC3 as a consultancy with clients inc. Motorola and William Hill.

Description: A wide ranging role reporting to the MD, involved in all aspects of restructuring, running and growing an expanding gambling interactive business, covering the areas of TV, iTV, eTV, mobile and internet. Responsibilities include:
- Development: Interactive applications, web TV, mobile products as well as formatting and reformatting of enhanced TV formats (also delivery and associated logistics).
- Business Development: Develop, negotiate and manage on-going partnerships (UK focused).
- Run a focused Marketing and Customer Services team (10 people) with an emphasis on direct customer contact (CRM) based on sophisticated data mining of interactive information.
DITG Gaming is a division of the UK’s leading independent iTV operator & service provider. The gaming division is the world’s leading gambling TV operator with 2003 revenues of over £60 Million. Channels include Avago, William Hill TV; partners include Turner, Teletext & Endemol.

Description: Day-to-day manager of this start up iTV broadcaster & web retail business. Focus was on the launch of an innovative channel on Sky and building a web business. Many of my concepts later widely copied in this iTV sector. Responsibilities included: Creative/Business strategy, BP dev, iTV & web development, commercial deals (Sky), content production and acquisition, staff manager.

Description: Created and negotiated all aspects of this planned Premium broadcaster inc: Securing initial funding; BP (with inventive revenue streams) and content strategy. Built multiple strategic partnerships. For the previous 3 months I had worked for RNTV as a Launch Consultant on a similar project.

Description: Projects included:
- 3 new prospective channel launches, including all aspects (from regulatory, through technical & content) of MTV Israel and other emerging markets.
- Creative overhaul of structures & programming for MTV North, inc. interactive formats.

Position: Commissioning Editor/Production Executive
Time period: March 1999 - October 2000
Description: Creatively & logistically ran all TV productions in Poland & the UK for the station which became the platform’s best performer. The (re)launch of the channel, increased audience share from1% to 3.5%, whilst shows like my ‘telenovela’ peaked at 6%. Series repeated on terrestrial were always hits. I reported directly to the channel MD, oversaw an in-house tea of 30 and managed productions through a number of companies. Responsibilities included:
- Help set up the channel as a stand-alone division, inc. finance, systems, creative, logistics, staff, compliance & in-house production & facilities. All programme briefs and commissioning.
- Exec. Producer of all TV production in excess of 140 hours per annum including drama serials, sitcoms, live events, entertainment, factual, factual entertainment, youth, game shows etc. I was also involved in the Feature Film division run by the MD, with a slate of several high profile films.
- Ran contract negotiations, inc. long term multi-million dollar co-productions & related other business opportunities including web partnerships.
- Being a ‘beacon’ setting western standards and ensuring those permeated through in-house and partner companies. This included my work with the 2 major commercial terrestrials & training.
The channel was Poland's Comedy & Entertainment Station, based loosely on Sky One.

Description: Reporting to Bob Massie and Nigel Lythgoe, my role was to help LWT develop expertise in youth and multi-channel. Worked on, and pitched a years worth of offers to ITV & others – this included initial work on Popstars, as well as a number of other successes.
- Production credits inc. ITV2 Launch, ITV producer MTV Awards 1998, pre-production of two Ch.4 youth docu-soaps & Millennium Events.

Time period: February 1997 - February 1998
Description: ‘Hard’ launched the station, moving from a weekly programming block to a full blown 24 hr channel. I took Atomic from 7th to 2nd in the Polish cable music market, just behind MTV. Direct report to MD. Responsibilities included:
- Strategy; programming, music; branding & marketing (on/off air), future business & creative direction.
- Control of; content, schedule, commissions, in-house production team (35) & branding
- Created; Business structures, department structures, western working methods & training programmes
- Separately I also worked for Atomic shareholders on numerous occasions, including on the BP, and the productions for, a start-up terrestrial station in Romania.
Atomic TV was a music & youth entertainment station founded by Bob Geldof & US entrepreneurs, in conjunction with Planet 24. The channel was later bought by Viacom & re-branded as MTV Polska.
