Description:	IAI Jerusalem (350 workers), Responsibility to mange the “telcart” project vis-vi the customer and all subcontractors in Israel & abroad. And to develop new projects. 22,000 Public phones were delivered and the logistic base in the Israeli public-phone infrastructure completely changed. This required an integration of few separate development groups working on Hardware, software, testing equipment. I was responsible to negotiation with technology providers like”Landis & gear”, select subcontractors world wide and manage their production, quality. And supply working product within a fixed budget.

Engine Division- responsible of engineering at engine overall facility on 2 engines, one as a teem member and one as a project Engineer. In this Job I was in charge of the Allison T56 engine and build up of the Maintenance facility, manufacturing and purchasing of all the tools and the training of the team at Kelly Air-force base Texas.
