Description: Responsible for managing technical implementations, junior resources, deliverables, client relationships, and issue resolution. As a senior member of the Professional Services group we provide implementation and consulting services related to the deployment of applications at customer sites as well as post-sales project implementation and customization solutions to fit particular customer needs. The environment is fast-paced, while each member is frequently working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Description: Product Manager leading the research and development of emerging technologies and business solutions for commercial banking clients and internal bank divisions; experience in full breadth of product development; initiates and oversees the coordination of products throughout their lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning; consulting, sales and financial services experience; a strategic thinker and leader with effective management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills; an innovative professional with sound business judgment, a strong work ethic, and a record of quantitative achievements. Description: I helped to support over 6,000 customers who use 13 of our electronic bank products. The team consisted of at total of 6 people, 4 Level 1 technicians, a manager, and myself. I was the main contact for second level support. I also conducted training for new employees and for any new products that are developed. We supported the following operating systems: Windows NT, 95/98, and 2000. We also support the following networks: Novell 4.11/5.0 and also Windows NT Server. I also served as a backup to the current manager.

Position: Input Specialist
Time period: August 1998 - August 1999
Description: I input the daily transmissions that were sent by clients for their payroll checks. I was the technical contact for clients with any questions or problems with transmitting their files. I worked with the programmers and used JCL to format the files to integrate into the mainframe (EXTRA, RUMBA). I also converted 500 Magnetic tape clients to a different type of media such as direct transmission for the Y2K conversion.
