This is accomplished by applying the intellectual property of ACTION International to business client’s issues and problems. Description: Grew programs for North America in laminate flooring through Weyerhaeuser Building Materials. Established and implemented strategy, objectives and tactics for category. (Canadian program was established when I started, but was floundering because of lack of focus). Now starting to grow again as a result of national strategy creation and implementation.

• Developed a vendor selection process for all U.S. business.

• Championed and led new product introduction activities to designated customers.
• Led sales and margin growth in all regions by almost 90%.
