Coordinated teams of 10-12 American teachers to visit every 3 months for 2 week teaching trips. Raised $30,000 in under 4 weeks from private investors for personal salary and expenses. Developed leadership and English language abilities of 14 Engineering professors at Balkh University. Increased both the number of courses and the number of students in English classes by 300%. Doubled total number of female students recruited to the center through restructuring course curriculum and developing new marketing strategy and retention plan. |
